Secret Things - Elanne Dundas

“She loved being alone. Even Hannah’s Secret Things could be explored at will with no consequences. When the fear of interruption had finally subsided, she opened the box…”

A Black, lesbian woman, finally free from her controlling, violent ex, Secret Things follows Hannah’s ex girlfriend as she navigates her newfound freedom. But when her independence and curiosity collide, we learn that freedom always comes with sacrifice and that some things are best left secret. When Hannah’s box is opened and the horrors are unleashed, all that’s left is the hope that it was all worth it.
